I would like to report an illigal experiment on a living civilian by the prosecutory authorities in South Korea and make the world felt that the telepathy skill used by Satan is as dangerous as chemical weapons. I never ever have met Yoo YungSik the victim and even heard his name before. And in my best memory, Mr. Yoo has nothing to do with the Victory Altar. (He is a Christian who believes in Jesus as a Saver.) Nevertheless, the reason I can trust his story that looks at a glance like an insane man's cry followed by my personal conclusion which comes with high credibility based on following aspects. First, Mr. Yoo is a man of national merit. (Registered number of a relief recipient : 137525) South Korea has very good and strong identification system over long times, so the government holds almost all history of all family members and their whereabout. To become a man of national merit, he must be passed through the identification process by government. So this means that he and his ancients have no background slandering own country and government. Namely, Mr. Yoo is a recognized patriot . Second, He open his all personal details. He released his picture, name, contact phone number, current residential address and registered number of a relief recipient. It does not seem to play a trick public. Third, His reports at a glance look like an insane man's cry because it does contain a lot of outspoken emotion of anger. But I have found static identity and consistancy in his reports. An insane, as his/her ego has been changed causes his/her character changes, shows floating viewpoint at the same object. For example, an insane shows a symptom that he/she likes something then dislikes it a few seconds later then likes it. Because his/her viewpoint is floating as long as his/her ego shifting among many other spirits. Now, according to Mr. Yoo's report, there seem to be less chance that He is an insame man. Because based on static identity he still has good judgement in both moral and lawful to avoid fighting, group sex, murder and impulsive actions that are forced to do. And there is a consistancy in explainning his trouble. Forth, He is fighting alone against a mighty national authority through all his personal best. He submited petition to President on 23th Oct 2000 (Petition number 311), lodged(confirmed through video clip) 53th(not confirmed) petition to President on 15th July 2008. Now He manages a few internet blogs to call the world for help exposing an infringement upon personal rights by a national authority. Fifth, The harm-doing method the alleged assailant have been doing on Mr. Yoo is very similar to the one the prosecutory authorities in South Korea have done on the Victor Christ and the Victory Altar. Their immoral conducts that with all means to an end even committing unlawful crimes but have no qualms of conscience are same. Their style of systematic destruction by playing the media is very similar. Mr. Yoo lives in his house though, he is virtually isolated from society. He has the stigma of all sorts of evil behaviors you can imagine among people including his family, relatives, friends, neighbors, and people who met in the past. This is very similar method that they played media with news of distorting the fact to harm Victory Altar, so that it has been sucessful to isolate Victory Altar from society so far. One who has experiences with such crime done by national authority as a victim knows it well. Then, who did what to whom where, why and when ? According to Mr. Yoo YoungSik's assertion: The prosecutory authorities of South Korea as a central force is doing an illegal experiment on Yoo YoungSik to bring up profilers who specially use telepathy and brain waves communications as their tools. The Profiler in Korea is a psychological technician who is able to do questioning and take confession from a criminal by means of telepathy and brain waves communication. Mr. Yoo gave an example of the profiler's great activity in Kang HoSoon case, a serial killer. In Kang's case, they took confessions from him and finished all 7 on-the-spot-inspections which had commited over a few years in only 1~2 days since they put profilers in the investigation. Mr. Yoo strongly insists that such a great result proves that the profilers injected similar electrical nerve chips in Kang's brain to torch and questioning him. The nerve chips they are examining on Mr. Yoo's body. The torch and questioning skills they are developing on Mr. Yoo's body. They put several nerve chips in Mr. Yoo's body in 1992 without his consent in the name of criminal investigation, and they cause pain to him so far in 2009 over 18 years, furthermore, they did murder his social character. They made all his acquaintances to turn against him. Virtually all his acquaintances such as family, relatives, friends, colleagues, older and younger alumnis had to confront him in the name of investigation. And the authority did very close investigation on them, so that they feel angry about Mr. Yoo. This is the method how the authority make the victim isolate from society, and that is the same effect as murdering this social character. "Once nerve chips are planted in brain, it feel like someone is stealing all my thinking that was suggested to my mind.", he said. They actually found the man in his thinking and the man who is nothing to do him before doing the close investigation on them. During such investigation, the authority led them to disgust Mr. Yoo. Even though Mr. Yoo lives in his house, he is virtually kept in confinement because his scope of action is under control by systemetic surveillance network, same as a mice in a lab. They have several labs and bases around Mr. Yoo's house, and they are making remote experiment to bring up, so called, profilers since 1992. They make an order him to do something by means of images and voice through those nerve chips and telepathist, then they collect information of bio-data through those electronic chips. "For example, they give a word 'woman' and they scan woman-related things in every nook and cranny in my memory." "They send sexual images and order to have masturbation and they observe my every move." Because of the electronic nurve chips, the victim's verve system is awakened 24 hours. When they emit stong electro-magnatic filed to charge those nurve chips in him from remote, he suffers extream pain as he is in a microwave, especially, surface of teeth gave him a lot of pain, so that he pulled out his teeth by himself with a plier. The victim is living with the continous pain day by day, but he has no one to talk to about the unjust situation he is in. As his character is already dead in the society, no one would believe his situation. He studied internet by himself that allowed to use 3 years ago, he made his blogs through it he is complainning of the injustice seeking for help. Recently they are trying to make him commit suicide or kill someone by motivating to do so. Mr. Yoo endures through such evil things thanks to his strong spiritual power so far, what would heppen if he kill himself or other as they wish ? That would by another perfect crime operated by a powerful authority. Then you could not sure that the next victim could be you or in your family or someone important to you. On the other hand, They must be one of them, totally ignorants who have no idea about telepathy - how dangerous weapon it is - or Satan who eager to destory the world. Telepathy has no limitation over distance, and it is directionless. Therefore, it affects every single man in the world. That means some one worldwide who has same spiritual frequency can see the image in an illusion and hear the message in ears. They might think that voice is comming from their god. For example, if the voice message says 'kill', the man might become a serial killer. if the voice message says 'sex', the man might become a serial raper. The prosecutory authorities develops such spiritual communication technology to get confession from criminals. But their spiritual frequency would not be differ from the criminals', as to trace criminal mind, one must have even worse criminal mind. Namely, The experiment and investigation process they are doing earns them a criminal's confession, paying increase of huge amount of evil spiritual matters such as murder, rape, sex, etc all over the world. The spiritual matters that has been emited by their experiment and application aren't disconnected with global-wide grotesque serial murder cases, serial rape cases, suicides, etc. They might be the man behind the scenes who teachs many and unspecified criminals to commit such terrible cases by controlling their spirit.
