I would like to report an illigal experiment on a living civilian by the prosecutory authorities in South Korea and make the world felt that the telepathy skill used by Satan is as dangerous as chemical weapons. I never ever have met Yoo YungSik the victim and even heard his name before. And in my best memory, Mr. Yoo has nothing to do with the Victory Altar. (He is a Christian who believes in Jesus as a Saver.) Nevertheless, the reason I can trust his story that looks at a glance like an insane man's cry followed by my personal conclusion which comes with high credibility based on following aspects. First, Mr. Yoo is a man of national merit. (Registered number of a relief recipient : 137525) South Korea has very good and strong identification system over long times, so the government holds almost all history of all family members and their whereabout. To become a man of national merit, he must be passed through the identification process by government. So this means that he and his ancients have no background slandering own country and government. Namely, Mr. Yoo is a recognized patriot . Second, He open his all personal details. He released his picture, name, contact phone number, current residential address and registered number of a relief recipient. It does not seem to play a trick public. Third, His reports at a glance look like an insane man's cry because it does contain a lot of outspoken emotion of anger. But I have found static identity and consistancy in his reports. An insane, as his/her ego has been changed causes his/her character changes, shows floating viewpoint at the same object. For example, an insane shows a symptom that he/she likes something then dislikes it a few seconds later then likes it. Because his/her viewpoint is floating as long as his/her ego shifting among many other spirits. Now, according to Mr. Yoo's report, there seem to be less chance that He is an insame man. Because based on static identity he still has good judgement in both moral and lawful to avoid fighting, group sex, murder and impulsive actions that are forced to do. And there is a consistancy in explainning his trouble. Forth, He is fighting alone against a mighty national authority through all his personal best. He submited petition to President on 23th Oct 2000 (Petition number 311), lodged(confirmed through video clip) 53th(not confirmed) petition to President on 15th July 2008. Now He manages a few internet blogs to call the world for help exposing an infringement upon personal rights by a national authority. Fifth, The harm-doing method the alleged assailant have been doing on Mr. Yoo is very similar to the one the prosecutory authorities in South Korea have done on the Victor Christ and the Victory Altar. Their immoral conducts that with all means to an end even committing unlawful crimes but have no qualms of conscience are same. Their style of systematic destruction by playing the media is very similar. Mr. Yoo lives in his house though, he is virtually isolated from society. He has the stigma of all sorts of evil behaviors you can imagine among people including his family, relatives, friends, neighbors, and people who met in the past. This is very similar method that they played media with news of distorting the fact to harm Victory Altar, so that it has been sucessful to isolate Victory Altar from society so far. One who has experiences with such crime done by national authority as a victim knows it well. Then, who did what to whom where, why and when ? According to Mr. Yoo YoungSik's assertion: The prosecutory authorities of South Korea as a central force is doing an illegal experiment on Yoo YoungSik to bring up profilers who specially use telepathy and brain waves communications as their tools. The Profiler in Korea is a psychological technician who is able to do questioning and take confession from a criminal by means of telepathy and brain waves communication. Mr. Yoo gave an example of the profiler's great activity in Kang HoSoon case, a serial killer. In Kang's case, they took confessions from him and finished all 7 on-the-spot-inspections which had commited over a few years in only 1~2 days since they put profilers in the investigation. Mr. Yoo strongly insists that such a great result proves that the profilers injected similar electrical nerve chips in Kang's brain to torch and questioning him. The nerve chips they are examining on Mr. Yoo's body. The torch and questioning skills they are developing on Mr. Yoo's body. They put several nerve chips in Mr. Yoo's body in 1992 without his consent in the name of criminal investigation, and they cause pain to him so far in 2009 over 18 years, furthermore, they did murder his social character. They made all his acquaintances to turn against him. Virtually all his acquaintances such as family, relatives, friends, colleagues, older and younger alumnis had to confront him in the name of investigation. And the authority did very close investigation on them, so that they feel angry about Mr. Yoo. This is the method how the authority make the victim isolate from society, and that is the same effect as murdering this social character. "Once nerve chips are planted in brain, it feel like someone is stealing all my thinking that was suggested to my mind.", he said. They actually found the man in his thinking and the man who is nothing to do him before doing the close investigation on them. During such investigation, the authority led them to disgust Mr. Yoo. Even though Mr. Yoo lives in his house, he is virtually kept in confinement because his scope of action is under control by systemetic surveillance network, same as a mice in a lab. They have several labs and bases around Mr. Yoo's house, and they are making remote experiment to bring up, so called, profilers since 1992. They make an order him to do something by means of images and voice through those nerve chips and telepathist, then they collect information of bio-data through those electronic chips. "For example, they give a word 'woman' and they scan woman-related things in every nook and cranny in my memory." "They send sexual images and order to have masturbation and they observe my every move." Because of the electronic nurve chips, the victim's verve system is awakened 24 hours. When they emit stong electro-magnatic filed to charge those nurve chips in him from remote, he suffers extream pain as he is in a microwave, especially, surface of teeth gave him a lot of pain, so that he pulled out his teeth by himself with a plier. The victim is living with the continous pain day by day, but he has no one to talk to about the unjust situation he is in. As his character is already dead in the society, no one would believe his situation. He studied internet by himself that allowed to use 3 years ago, he made his blogs through it he is complainning of the injustice seeking for help. Recently they are trying to make him commit suicide or kill someone by motivating to do so. Mr. Yoo endures through such evil things thanks to his strong spiritual power so far, what would heppen if he kill himself or other as they wish ? That would by another perfect crime operated by a powerful authority. Then you could not sure that the next victim could be you or in your family or someone important to you. On the other hand, They must be one of them, totally ignorants who have no idea about telepathy - how dangerous weapon it is - or Satan who eager to destory the world. Telepathy has no limitation over distance, and it is directionless. Therefore, it affects every single man in the world. That means some one worldwide who has same spiritual frequency can see the image in an illusion and hear the message in ears. They might think that voice is comming from their god. For example, if the voice message says 'kill', the man might become a serial killer. if the voice message says 'sex', the man might become a serial raper. The prosecutory authorities develops such spiritual communication technology to get confession from criminals. But their spiritual frequency would not be differ from the criminals', as to trace criminal mind, one must have even worse criminal mind. Namely, The experiment and investigation process they are doing earns them a criminal's confession, paying increase of huge amount of evil spiritual matters such as murder, rape, sex, etc all over the world. The spiritual matters that has been emited by their experiment and application aren't disconnected with global-wide grotesque serial murder cases, serial rape cases, suicides, etc. They might be the man behind the scenes who teachs many and unspecified criminals to commit such terrible cases by controlling their spirit. When man thinks, his/her blood changes according to the thinking with emitting the matter of spirit in form of light. The light is able to proceed unlimited times faster than sun light, but it has restriction as it is in Satan's shell. Then, the emitted light, the spiritual matter, contaminates not only himself/herself but also other materials such as air, water, grass, trees, animals and other people. The matter of spirit has a specific form in color, shape and smell according to the man's thinking, for example, the spiritual matter from a thief comes with cloud-like dark colored smoke and smell of shit, the spiritual matter from a lewd comes with a line of yellow smoke and smell of snake. As men's spirit comes from ancestor, there are both God's spirit and Satan's spirit in men; As Satan is much stronger, God seldom stands in front. Apart from the relation between master and servant, the matter of spirit itself comes essentially from the spirit of God. But, as it's skin is covered by the spirit of Satan, the matter has a specific characteristic of the spirit of Satan. Therefore, the spiritual matter that comes from human being has both the matter of life and the matter of death. It affects all things in the universe depending on the specific characteristic of the matter. For example, The matter of life stays in the air then falls with rain or snow. Thanks to the matter of life, there are grass and trees, animals and insects on earth, while there are fishes in the ocean. Thanks to the matter of death, all things die as well. Those crops in the fields revive from wither after having a little rain, becase they received the matter of life in the water. For this reason, the animal, the tree and the grass are only in the Earth where men live; there are no animal, tree and grass on other planets such as the Moon and the Mars where no men live. But if men who is the source of life live there, it starts the life activities such as a bacterium, a germ, then it grows grass and trees as well. Thanks to the matter of spirit, light, as a transmission media, those supernatural activities such as telepathy, ghost, talking with dead, possession, out of body experience and supernatural power are working. When a man's ego become weaken through, for example, bad illness, badly hurted, badly terrified or badly beaten, other spirit in the man's blood may have better chance to be activated in the man's blood (possesion status). Through such events in the blood, the man might become an insane, an exorcist or a psychic medium. For example, as a dead man's relic had been contaminated with the man's spiritual matter, a psychic medium may be able to pick up the spiritual matter in the relic before the medium allows the spiritual data activated in his/her blood, then the dead man's spirit begins its works by gathering own data which are stored in matters including men, house, car, earth, air, etc all over the world rising above time and space. The differences between the insane and the psychic medium are the psychic medium won't lose own ego, while the insane has lost own ego. Therefore, an insane shows different characters according to the spirit that takes control of the life, the spirit of such as father-in-law, son, husband, favorite singer, etc. For that reason, to cure an insane, you can help the mental patient could make his/her own ego take the controlling-position back, for example, by showing the man's favorite things, friends, food, etc, so that the man's ego have power to overcome other spirits. But some people use crazy savage methods to cure the insane. They show the patient the cross and shout "get away you satan!". Some crazy ignorant dangerous people beat the patient with the cross or whatever things. When the insane was frightened or badly beaten, the current ego which is the foreigh spirit might retreat from the controlling position, so that the man's own ego might take the position again only if they are very lucky. If they have less luck, they might make the condition worse or even kill the patient. Ghost comes from own spiritual matter. Man might frightened after looking at unexpected things even very little noise or own shadow, as man's mind has been overcome by fear and horror especially at dark and obsecure place. When a man frightens, blood decays quickly, so that man's ego is daunted. Numerous spirits in the man's blood might take chances to be activated and emits huge amount of matters of evil spirits. Namely, Ghost is the thing a frighten sees with own eyes which became to be keen that came from own metal activity. Therefore, Ghost can not appear to the man who keeps courageous mental condition by means of singing or yelling or etc. The out of body experience is a mental experience that feel like separation of spiritual object out of physical body to travel somewhere outside the world like the Heaven or to meet alien. As man's mind can create all sorts of images by thinking, based on the shape of the thinking, man could go to the Heaven and meet aliens in their imagination. However, the man's spirit cannot exist as a separated object out of body. Beacuse both body and mind are one. Some people try to explain the existance of the world of beyond with this mental experience. In fact, this experience is just one of spiritual phenominans that is only possible in a living man, so to speak, it is something like watching self in his/her dream or imagenation. Supernatural power is manifestation of ancestor's ability in subconsciousness. People commonly name mysterious phenominons such as minute travel, floating, flying, transformation, incarnation and see through generally supernatural power, because they don't know exactly about that. Supernatural power is nothing but the accidental manifestation of ancestor's ability. All men are sons of God, while the spirit of Satan, the ego, continously commits sins in men, as a consequence, today, men cannot utilizes the ability consciously. But our ancestors who had much less sins could utilize the ability a bit easily. For that reason, our ancestors were not uncivilized savage. They had rather advanced spiritual civilization than today so they were people with supernatural powers and had ability of foreseen, ability of lifting heavy objects, ability of flying, ability of traveling long distance in very short time, etc. Therefore, it would be a right answer to say the supernatural power had happened unintensionally. Because at the time whose ego become weaken, an unknown ancestor's spirit took the controlling power in the man and did the supernatural ability. Telepathy is a communication skill between man and man by means of the spiritual material as media. When this ability is powered up, It is possible to control other people and change matters. Through knowing the identity of human being especially the identity of spirit, not only the secrets of supernatural phenominons are uncovered, but also the way of recovering the supernatural powers comes. Immortality is also one of the supernatural power. The controlling spirit, ego, of men was originally the Spirit of God. But at the moment the spirit of Satan is at the controlling position in every single man. Therefore, all mankind are suffering the mental disease. Therefore, Messiah is a psychiatrist who cures His patients, the whole mankind. How to cure ...? Attacks the current ego, the Satan, while boost the original spirit, the Spirit of God, so that God defeats Satan after all for the man to be born again with the Holy Spirit of God. First of all, man must deny his/her habitual thinking, speaking and behaviors to attack the current ego, the Satan, while takes God's heart. By doing this, the current ego, the spirit of Satan become weak, while the Spirit of God become stronger. Then the spirit of God could take back the controlling position of the man. This is the borning again of the Holy Spirit. This is the resurrection of the Spirit of God. This is the having God's heart. This is the having Buddah's heart. This is the state of complete absence of man's ego which is Satan. This is the state of becomming a martyr who made a sacrifice of spiritual self toward God. Then, what is God's heart ? As God is the god of eternal life, God's heart is the Spirit of Eternal Life. Therefore, the confidence toward eternal life is God's heart. For more, God's heart is a spirit of sacrifice, a spirit of mercy and conscience. Therefore, at the beginning stage, man must have a huge hope toward eternal life and lives self-sacrifice with seeing things in wider and bigger perspective. To simplify such treatment, It is the life of sacrifice spiritual self for God. As all men are sons of God, this is the regarding everybody as God. As only God could regards everyone as God, for us at the beginning stage, It is the regarding everybody as yourself. Man's body is just the shape of the man's mind specially his/her ego. Because a man's body is composed of matters that are changed by the spirit that the man takes. Man's body and face tell you his/her brief character which is formed by his/her daily mind over their life. For example, The evil looking does evil behaviors, the good looking does good things. A pregnant woman gives birth a baby similar to herself when she always thought about herself during the pregnancy period. A pregnant woman gives birth a baby similar to her husband when she always thought about her husband during the period. Therefore, man's body is going to be changed to form the shape of own mind. When man think, the man's blood changs itself first of all, and it also gives off the matter of spirit. Blood is a kind of storage media like CD, DVD, VHS or whatever that remembers data. Blood stores all data of man such as life, spirit, experience, knowledge, etc. Blood stores all data not only for the man but also for all his/her ancestors. Human brain is nothing but a player that read and write the data from and onto the blood. The matter of spirit helps own blood changes again and again like a loop back mechanism, and at the same time, it is emited out of body and contaminates surroundings like air, cealing and wall in a room. The emition is not limted in a room but could covers much wider area, for example, it might cover a building, a village, a city, a nation, an earth and even whole universe. The matter of spirit that comes in from outside may cause man's blood changes as well. Once the man find a spirit in his/her blood that has same spiritual frequency with the one from outside, power will be given for the synchronized spirit to rise. Then the spirit starts to work. For example, You cannot fall asleep easily or you surffer from nightmare specially in the room in which strongly evil man staied before. Because cealing and walls are contaminated by the matter of strong evil spirits, those matters which have been contaminated by evil spirit push down the victim who has weaker spirit while his/her ego takes some rest. Spirit and body communicate each other thanks to blood. That is to say, mind changes blood then the blood changes body. In the other direction, body changes blood then the blood changes mind. Therefore, a live man keeps itself in whole, only if all those three components - spirit, body and blood- are combined organically. Those three components can not exist separately. A dead is a dead of blood, a dead of body and a dead of spirit. It is not true telling that the spirit of dead leaves to somewhere other place where we don't know. The spirit of the dead disappears same as the dead's blood and body does. But all those spirits of dead are still exists in the blood of their offsprings which is you. Therefore, the world of beyond is the present age. And your previous existence was all your dead ancestors. You were not a bird or an animal in the previous life but you were your ancestor. Therefore, your body and mind is not only belong to you but also belong to all your ancestors. For man's ancestor was God, the spirit of God is also in man. The conscience in man is the spirit of God. For man's ancestor was occupied by satan, the spirit of satan is also in man. The ego in man is the spirit of satan. Likethus, there are so many spirits in man. We specially named the most strong spirit the ego or the self-consciousness or the spirit of self. Man cannot help obeying the command from the strongest spirit in them. But the strongest spirit in man is nothing but satan. So man cannot help obeying commands from satan, the satan commits sins. That's why man is called sinner in the Bible. The sins that Satan is commiting is the sin of death. As long as the satan commits sins every seconds, man's life die little by little. Following your own stubbornness, acting on what you want, taking what you covet, expressing your temper, living for youself, thinking self-centered mind, ... are nothing but commiting sins of death in consequence of satan's works. The satan have controlled human mind for long long time. The satan makes human think all sort of cheat, unfairness, take, fight, lewdness, death, etc. The satan is trying to make the whole world full of matters of evil spirit. So that it let people do wrong things even they know they are wrong. So that it let the world turn to the world of extreamly selfish where people use whatever methods to take maximum benifits only for themselves. So that it degrade so deeply whole mankind and ruin them in total. Satan is doing such job tactically step by step. On the other hand, what Messiah is doing is to turn over this world completely. Turning over the world of satan completely and retakeing the world of God is the mission of Messiah. As the Messiah is trying to turn over the world which is belong to satan, the satan resists vigorously to keep their belongings. So they utilized all sort of their weapons and efforts in order to get rid of the Messiah. But this works of salvation has a well-known result. Satan might like to believe that Messiah died, but it is not correct. We can find the final result - the end of satan's world - in religious scripts and prophetic writings. To tell how Messiah turns over this world, Messiah is breaking a spiritual revolution in everybody's mind. The revolution of recovering the lost God's spirit. Because every men are God's sons that is God, once they realize the fact that God is suffering very severely from satan's ruling. Everybody would stand beside God's part to fight against the satan in their mind, and they will win the fight. Not by the guns, not by the swords. But by the power of complete Truth. Messiah is going to break the spiritual revolution in everybody's mind that make one's conscience resurrect all over the world without questioning nations, races, religions, .... For man to be freed from satan's rule, Messiah let us know the identity of man and the identity of satan. Messiah uncovers identities of all sort of idols of non-truth before breaks these idols apart so that for everyone to be freed from their captivity of satan. Messiah gives us the spirit of Messiah that has enough power to defeat satan. The spirit of Messiah boosts the God in us. By our denying the commends from self and obeying the commends from God, the spirit of God become stronger. When you keep taking the spirit of God, your blood changes to God's blood then your body changes to God's. When you have 100% of God's spirit, your body turns up to be God's body which is immortal body of light.
